The Bush Connect Project is a 10 year assisted natural regeneration ANR project. NRE worked closely with Goonengerry Landcare, Byrangerry Grass Reserve Trust, Wilsons Creek / Huonbrook Landcare and other minor partners including NSW NPWS, Rous water and Byron Shire Council.  The project covered 130 ha, regenerating rainforest, establishing and consolidating wildlife corridors and creating threatened species habitat across private properties between multiple National Parks and Nature Reserves.  This project supported both the community and over 65 threatened, endangered and critically endangered species.
